do you really feel that you are a successful person ,he 
simply answered when each and every person around 
me is truly satisfied with me that makes me feel that I am 
a successful person.

CHARACTERISTICS OF A CONTRIBUTOR 
Contributor is one who has an ability & 
characteristics like creation, innovation, ethical, 
humanity, & etc. 
Contributor has a willingness and capacity to design 
solutions. 
• Contributor has an ability to create “value” for self, 
for family, for the team, for the organization, for 
customers & for our society.
The baggiest factor needed according to him 
for being successful person is 
That implies that a true contributor never thinks 
about pros and cons of their business he/she just 
believes in quality work
“VALUE” AS CONTRIBUTOR 
 It means making a positive difference, a 
tangible impact, a specific contribution to 
any situation. 
 This positive difference or impact can be 
in the form of achieving a specific goal, 
creating a product, creating ‘human 
touch’ in a particular interaction, or 
enhancing one’s own capacity or the 
capacity of one’s colleagues and team-mates.
CONTRIBUTOR FOCUSES ON “VALUE” 
Since I know Mr Rana had never done any task 
illegally ,according to him SMART Goal can never be 
achieved by shortcuts 
If any case seniors/authorities are not supporting 
according to his expectations he tries for once or twice 
if it is possible then ok but he ‘ll never be convinced for 
illegal task in cost of his moral values if 
Or another case, juniors are not working according to 
his expectations he ‘ll make them clear what they are 
paid for and what are the duties and get in touch with 
him for regular fallups
AN EMPLOYEE ‘S QUALIFICATION 
HE MUST BE A GOOD PERSON BECAUSE SKILLS 
CAN BE DEVELOPED BY PRÉCISING BUT HUMAN 
VALUES CAN NEVER BE TAUGHT
