11. When he was working as a employee , there was a
server crash and he and his colleagues are not capable
to solve this . And there is possibilities of data lose
which may leads to monitary lose .Somehow he and
his colleagues complete the impossible project with
better outputs .Here, he says because of his positive
attitude and team support he achieve the goal.
In these way he demonstrates “you can do” attitude
and overcome the “fear of failure”.

12. According to him, short term vision is to find and
develop a team which can be self-sustainable.
His long term vision is to create a self- sustain
organisation with culture and processes in place where
employe, suppliers and customer all are love to work.
13. According to him, if you want to achieve something in
life, make sure you know the reason why you want to
achieve it. If you are clear WHY to achieve , you will
find hundreds of ways HOW to do it.

experience he built his own organization which make

15. INSPIRATION..
He is inspired or motivated by reading a book “Rich
Dad Poor Dad” written by Robert Kiyosaki.
He says his book advocates financial independence
and building wealth through investing, real estate
investing, starting and owning business as well as
increasing one’s financial intelligence to improve one’s
business and financial aptitude.
16. His role model is Sachin Tendulkar because Sachin
maintain his consistency and prove his dedication to
work .
