 According to him, one has to focuses on the goal
being achieved, not as a routine work.
 Smart work in your field, consistency, these are the
factor to become a successful.
 To become a successful, one has to clear the
direction of his goal.
 He believes in opportunity.

 He believes in internal satisfaction.
 According to him, If we are internally satisfied with
our job then after we also externally satisfied.

8. CONVINCE HIMSELF
 When a seniors or other big diamond employees
were not support him, He would try as possible as
the perfection to the work.
He also tried to give them output as the senior
wants.
He never neglect them and find the way to overcome
the problems.

 He do his duty very well and he always give support
in society in best manner, it is his contribution in
organization.

10. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
 Once, there was a burden of the work, and he has to
submit the prepared diamonds to the other new
employ in 2 3 days.
There is less possibility to do that work.
Yet he continued the work during days and also
nights.
Finally he submitted the work and new employ was
select them.
That gave him courage that “I can do” and overcome
the fear of failure.

11. VISION
 He believes in long term vision and also in short
term vision because according to him, long term
vision is the total sum of short term vision.
His vision is to become most successful person in his
field by giving large contribution to the nation.

12. MESSAGE FOR FUTURE ENGINEER
 According to him, future engineer would be an
innovative.
 They has a thought that “What can I give” to the
nation as an engineer.
 Engineer would have management knowledge,
leadership, good communication and attitude.
