Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Supervisor: Rendered services to several Executives, and
supported to Recruitment and General Services Department. Major responsibilities of directly involved
in recruitment, preparing offers, Interpretation of contract, review and implement recruitment policies and
procedures to ensure implementation according to local labor law. Update manpower reports, processing
leave, supervision of staff records, managing the compensation and benefits, responsible for employee
management and insure that the payroll is processed on time. Relieving the officials of various Human
Resources and Administrative Services works, preparing reports, preparing organization charts;
screening resumes and short-listing potential candidates, arranging interviews and liaise
recruitment/placement issues senior executives/proponent organizations, preparing job descriptions, offer
letters, demand letters, contracts, yearly compilation. I was responsible for arranging training schedules
from National and International Institutions, follow-up local and international recruitment activities,
updating resumes in categorization, preparation of presentations for senior executives, maintaining the
confidentiality of filing system, follow-up with Head of departments, branches on various official
requirements.
Arrange pre-employment medical examination of all local/overseas recruits and coordinate results.
Coordinate all activities pertaining to recruitment from draft advertisements, posting Ads into reliable

Websites for professional candidates, issue regret letters to unsuccessful candidates, ensure accuracy of
documents relating to recruitment and selection of candidates.
Arrange brief presentation to all the new recruits at the induction about company’s organizational
structure. Prepare orientation/familiarization programme for the new recruits especially for national
employees.
Also, I was responsible for preparing advertisement material, job profiles, selecting media in co-operation
with public relations department, close coordination with Overseas Recruitment Agents ensuring excellent
Executive/Managers hunting services for key posting, job profile reviews.
Coordination with Staff Relation Officer and Administration Services to notify the date of joining of the new
employee, his job title other related information. Maintains personnel files for all company staff ensuring
updating data and filing documents in proper files required open new files for new employees in due time.
Controls date of “probation” according to employment contracts and dispatches to concerned manager
prior to end of probation period.
Recruitment Representative / Recruitment Planner: Rendered services to support
Recruitment/General Services Group, responsible of staff medical claims, checking pharmacy invoices,
doctor prescriptions, arranging business assignments, hotel accommodations.
Assisted and directly involved in Recruitment of multinational Staff, prepared manpower requirements of
the project. Mobilised qualified and experience candidates devised various forms for Recruitment all
associated formalities till the staff on-board on site. Preparation of offers/contracts, control of Manpower
for various projects working closely with finance department, flight ticket booking, salary administration,
develop comprehensive orientation package for the staff to get acquainted with the new environment,
implement communication to maximize employee's understanding of the company's vision. Up keeping of
the human resources database & filing system, monitor headcount by department and maintain a record
including:
- Preparation of General Services/Recruitment Department Budget
- Processing of business travel of around 1500 employees and their dependents as well as the
invoices of the travel agencies.
