• Responsible for Coordinate with Sales and Technical staff, Clients, local and overseas suppliers for
a job. Prepare quotations, requested by HOD, Managers and Sales Engineers etc.
• Raise material requisitions as per the job requirement, follow up on Purchase Orders and Order
Acknowledgments and liaise with the Logistics department to receive the material on-time.

Organise to collect equipments from client’s office/site/vessel for repair/service and arrange to

• Draw up weekly Quote/Order/Sales and relevant reports, maintain and update sales related reports.
• Provision of administrative support/assistance to department staff members as when required.
• Responsible for Preparation Technical Submittal, Compliance, Method of statement for testing and
commissioning & Operation and maintenance manual.
• Specially in Wet sprinkler system, Foam sprinkler system, Foam protection system for aircraft
hanger & heliport protection, FM-200 fire suppression system, Kitchen hood system, Water Curtain
system, Pre-action system, CO2 system, Fire Fighting system(Fire Cabinet & Accessories), Fire
Hydrant System. Medium Velocity water spray system and more. Fire protection system.
