1. a) Wärtsilä L.L. C. (A Finnish MNC) as Sales Support Coordinator from December, 2009 till date.
• Order processing (offer/procure/supply).
• Coordination with customer, agent and logistics.
• Billing and maintaining order books.
• Generating reports, maintaining KPI’s. Working on improvement of KPI’s for the team.
• Following up on open enquires.
• Following up on back orders and their post goods issue dates with factory.
• Liaise with Services for spare parts requirements.
• Maintain system data on outgoing & incoming documentation.
• Maintain documentation as per designed process.

2. Additional responsibility:
• I have handled Egyptian drilling company as account manager with all account manager
responsibility (following up to get new business, maintaining good relation with the customer,
planning overhauling schedule for the customer’s engine 12V200 for normal spare parts and
service engineer
• CRM user for creating all activities and also customer’s information
• Create Auxiliary excel sheet to identify all Auxiliary parts, the Auxiliary excel sheet helps to
identify vendor part no and Wärtsilä material, that helps in reducing Identification time.
• Running and monitor Offers Hit-rate that helps account manager to follow up with the customer to
order the open offers. Helps also to identify lost offers due to competitor to avoid it in the future
• Working on report for the engines which passed the running hours without overhauling, quoting
for the next overhauling
• Handling orders/ offers for Mansoora project that for completed overhauling 2 power plants in
Yemen that, this project value 25 million Euros in a year. This project working in CS module
(customer service). The project will be close on December, 2014
• Handling orders/ offers for Al Rayyan project that for completed overhauling 1 power plant in
Yemen that, this project value 25 million Euros in a year. This project working in CS module
(customer service) project already closed on December, 2013
