 Organize calendars and meetings, and make the necessary arrangements
 Organize and maintain the GM's schedules to make sure there are no conflicts. Reminds the GM
as necessary.
 Prepare agendas or programs for meetings as per instruction of GM and make arrangements for
such meetings.
 Hotel accommodation booking etc.
 Distribute all internal document such as (Memo, Termination )
 Scan and Update all Employee Data SUCH AS (Passport copy, Labor Contract Employment
Visa, Photos, and Collage Certificate) and Arrange it in files by the Employee Code and Name.
 Arrange and coordinate with employees who due for Re-newel to send him for Medical Test.
 Correspondences, documentation and record-keeping
 Draft correspondence, reports, documents etc as required by the GM
 Check all incoming correspondences/reports, determine their significance and ensure distribution.
Bring the ones of top importance to the notice of the concerned parties immediately.
 Organize & maintain a filing system for the GM's office in line with the company procedures.
 Lead and assist in archiving of documents. Ensures that documents are properly stored and
archived as per the company procedures.
 Keep a track on the licenses (of the HO and branch offices) renewal date and inform the Admin
Dept as required
 Coordinate travel arrangements and prepares itineraries. Prepare and maintain travel records.
 Arrange driver and vehicle for the various Sr. Managers as requested.
 Prepares the following reports on receivables
 Client Alert Statement for weekly management meeting
