➢ Responsible for the timely generation of all relevant report for the management information purpose
especially for payroll related.( leave report, activeemployee report, inactive employee report, site allocation
Report, employee status report, cost allocation report etc.)
➢ Monthly processing & verifying payroll for entire group near about 10,000 employees.
➢ Transfer salary to bank or distributing cash salary through WPS system (UAE)
➢ Preparing schedule for preparation of salaries and forwarding it to Braches for timely preparation of salaries.
➢ Checking attendance and verify all type of attached approved documents, and self correspondence with
branches for incomplete and unapproved documents received. Preparing data input sheets to enter
complete data of employees' attendance, leaves, payments and deductions.
➢ Entering all above prepared data in payroll system.
➢ As per payroll system's processing cycle, submitting all entered data for final processing of salaries.
➢ Follow-up with accounts department to send the salaries to bank.
➢ Sending payroll and payslip registers to all branch managers and VPs of concerned regions.
➢ Coordinate with pro department to resolve labour court cases.
➢ Payroll process for international operation.(KSA,QATAR)
➢ Providing payroll data to country labour department whenever inspection come.
➢ Coordinate with IT consultant to implement software for payroll system.
➢ Enrollment of new employees and deleting employees from the database who get terminated or resigned.
➢ Making manual salaries for part time or temporary employees.
➢ Preparing list of all new contracts and resignations received during the month to submit the same to the
departments dealing with GOSI and Labour office affairs to enroll all employees under GOSI and Labour
office, and to delete the name of all resigned employees from GOSI and Labour office.
➢ Arrange funds for gosi payment in order to make payment on time to gosi department.
➢ Maintain employee advance & deduction details.
