railways,infrastructure,buildings,water & sewage ,environmental& power,and construction support

As Payroll Specialist – my duties were:
 Review and audit entriessalary,allowancesand benefits fornewemployees,according to their
contracts.
 Review and audit daily payrollentries; employee paymentsand deductions with the supporting
documents.
 Ensure allchangesin payrollare based on approvals through the approvalmatrix and
communicated to allrelevantparties.
 Provide support and specialist advice to the C&B Manager in designing and developing new
compensation and benefits policies and practicesacrossthe company.
 Developing new reports related to payrollbased on the needsof management.
 Handling any employee queries related to salariesand providessupport forresolving payroll
issues.
 Review and audit vacation settlement.
 Prepares finalsettlementsfor termination & resignation including related calculation,end of
service Paymentsaccording to the labor law,company policesand other contract termination
procedures.
 Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errorsor retroactive increases.
 Updating employee vacations and absence Quotason ORACLE HRMS payrollsystem.
 Updating any deductions related to disciplinary action,employee loans and advances.
 Record employee information,such asexemptions,transfers,and resignations,to maintain and
update payrollrecords.
 Follow up and processallthe rejoining letters aftervacation and issues any pending salary forthe
employee after he came back from his vacation.
 Payrollprocessing according to the datesplanned with Collect the monthly time-sheetthat
included Monthly overtime and absence for allcompany stafffrom allprojects then reviewand
confirm its validity to upload it in ORACLE HRMS payrollsystem.
 Processmonthly payrollrun on ORACLE HRMS as a simulation for payrollresults validation.
 Final processing for payrollrun and live posting to GeneralLedger.
 Coordinate with localbanks to open bank accounts for salary transfer.
 Fallow up and close allthe petty cash salariesthat issuesto the projects monthly.
