  • 4. • One of the first companies to restrict employees from travelling due to COVID- 19 • 50,000 employees restricted to travel • Marc Benioff makes 90-day no layoff pledge • Challenges other CEOs to do the same • No layoff decisions in the Crisis phase • Three phase approach: Crisis, Recovery, New Normal Putting the safety of customers and employees first Salesforce Response to the Crisis
