Associates Materials Control Specialist
- Manage Inventory to help achieve company goals
- Manage all items Received and Shipped from yard/shop
- Ensure receiving and shipping paperwork is in order – Prepare all shipping documents, quality
control of paper work on outgoing shipments (Bill of Ladings) and Final Inspection sheets
- Maintain record keeping systems (pumps ordered and pumps shipped –
daily/weekly/monthly/yearly)
- Maintain computerized inventory records (Discovery) enter all receivables.
- Inspect and verify accuracy of incoming shipments by counting, description, part or serial
number with information on Invoice or Packing Slips – Record and report any discrepancies
or damages
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers
- Coordinate and maintain yard organization – Sort and placement of Raw and Finished goods
in designated areas.
- Optimize backorder shipments and shipping schedules – Manage trucking for outgoing
shipments
- Prepare and maintain physical inventory counts as per schedule and inventory spot checks,
count and reconciliation – Verify stock and identify losses as well as maintain max/min
inventory program.
- Enter all Test Tickets into Database and ensure pump test are good.
- Prepare and close daily Rotor, Stator and Pump Work Orders
- Conduct all New Employee Orientations; go over Health & Safety Regulations. Schedule all
employees for required Safety Tickets
- Ensure Equipment Inspection schedules are maintained including all Emergency Response
Equipment
- Schedule monthly Site Inspections, schedule and lead monthly Safety Meetings, ensure all
safety documentation is maintained (Incident Reports, Hazard Assessments, Worker
Orientation Checklists, Training Documents and competency assessments, etc.)

- Receive and direct all incoming calls in a timely manner, courteous manner
- Provide “Secretarial” support to the District Manager and other personnel as required
- Responsible for all Data Entry, maintenance and general knowledge of the following

Processing Retrievable Bridge Plug Rentals, Preparing and Invoicing Field Tickets, Monitoring

Corrective and Preventative Action System requirements
- Ensure all paperwork such as invoicing, service report, parts usage sheets are completed
promptly, legibly and accurately and are forwarded to Head Office on a regular basis in
addition to month end accounting deadlines
- Ensure the Shop and Office Facilities are kept clean, organized and maintained
daily/weekly/monthly as required
- Ensure all Company Vehicles are maintained and vehicle logs (maintenance and mileage) are
kept current and submitted monthly
- Assist Field Representatives (Tool hands) with repair and maintenance of Completion
Systems Product Line to ensure readiness for customer use (working overtime when
required)
- Assist in job preparation and delivery of tools when required
- Report all broken, damaged, or missing tools and equipment to District Manager in a timely
manner
