of services and proposed objectives.
 Participated in the enrollment of services for Medicaid part D in the state of Texas which placed 3rd
in overall enrollment. Liaison with appropriate community groups, service agencies, and
jurisdictions to promote service coordination such as the University of Texas at El Paso radio
programs, El Paso Times, and El Paso Community College Television.
 Served in a public relations capacity, representing the Council, in television interviews and public
