Most recently, I managed 33 Marketplace Guides at a medical practice Brandywine Women’s Health

responsible for the implementation of the Affordable Care Act Grant that was awarded to BWHA. This
pioneering project has required organization and project management skills for the rollout of this program
along with the management of 33 Marketplace Guides from hiring, startup and ongoing training, scheduling,
working with our Leadership Team and working with the state government parties involved as well as the
other 4 State awarded Guide Organizations. My role as Director Women’s Health Programs and Outreach
also includes grant research, application, and management while providing community outreach to increase
awareness of our practice through health literacy promotion.
