 Implement resource development and marketing strategic plan; with Community Outreach Plans.
 Provide strategies in development and marketing activities ( events, annual outreach, etc.)
 Research Grants appropriate to the organization. and submit applications and required materials in
coordination with the Executive Director and appropriate staff, and follow through with grant reporting as

I have extensive experience in developing solutions and strategies to meet or exceed goals in the private and
public sectors. I am very process oriented from development to implementation while utilizing resources
effectively and streamlining cost for maximum efficiencies.
My academic credentials include a J.D. from The University of Maryland School of Law as an evening student
while working full time with Kellogg Company. Over the course of my career, I have been repeatedly
recognized for top performance through fast-track promotions and selection for high-priority initiatives while
at Kellogg Sales Company and Xerox Corporation performing Project Management and Account
Management assignments.
Most recently, I managed 33 Marketplace Guides at a medical practice Brandywine Women’s Health
Associates (BWHA) where I coordinate various events for the organization and serve as its Director . I am
responsible for the implementation of the Affordable Care Act Grant that was awarded to BWHA. This
pioneering project has required organization and project management skills for the rollout of this program
along with the management of 33 Marketplace Guides from hiring, startup and ongoing training, scheduling,
working with our Leadership Team and working with the state government parties involved as well as the
other 4 State awarded Guide Organizations. My role as Director Women’s Health Programs and Outreach
also includes grant research, application, and management while providing community outreach to increase
awareness of our practice through health literacy promotion.
I am also the Chairperson of the Legislative Committee at Jack & Jill of America, an organization that is
dedicated to providing cultural, social and educational opportunities for youth.
The breadth of my experience has provided me with strong skills in relationship building, management,
communications, public relations, sales, marketing, business development, time management, negotiations,
mediations, presentations, problem solving, legal, political and legislative affairs, talent acquisition, client
servicing, budget management, and project management. I have also received training in Lean Six Sigma.
