1. Personal Information
Birth: I was born in Viedma, Río Negro, and I have lived here my
whole life.
Studies: I went to a public primary school (Nº30), then I went to a
private high school (Instituto Modelo Viedma), and then I started to study
Profesorado de Inglés modalidad distancia at C.I.B.A. institute (Cultural
Inglesa Buenos Aires).
Two years later, I had the chance to study at Lenguas Vivas institute,
in which I did not have to travel to sit for the final tests or the workshops,
so I decided to give up studying in Buenos Aires and chose Lenguas Vivas
as the place where I wanted to become an English teacher.
When I started studying at Lenguas Vivas, ten of the subjects I had
passed at CIBA weren't recognized, so I had to do them again. The positive
aspect was that as I had studied for those subjects before, they weren't as
difficult as the first time, and that encouraged me to keep working hard.
Two years later I had some problems to understand two subjects:
Gramática and Phonetics II, they were terrible, and I almost thought of
giving up. Fortunately, with a lot of effort, I could pass both tests, and from
that moment I convinced myself that I wouldn't stop until I finished this
career.
So here I am, my dream of becoming an English teacher is about to
come true, and that scares me a little, but I will do my best as I always did.
