Compensation Objectives:

“The goal of our compensation program is to recruit, retain
  and motivate talented professionals for our
  organization. With this objective in mind, ABC Studio has
  developed a highly competitive compensation program
  designed to recognize the relative importance of each
  position and reward each employee for individual and
  departmental contributions. Your compensation
  package includes your base wage or salary and a
  competitive benefits package.”

 become more pronounced
  o  Doubled in size in the last 3 years
  o  Turnover increased, several long-time employees
     have left including the HR Director
        Turnover around 12% for the last 12 months, up
         from 6% for the three previous years.
  o  Founder/owner more removed from the daily
     operations
  o  Communication difficulties with opening of NY office
  o  Difficult to remain competitive in light of explosive tech
