10. usingFlexrewards
Flex Rewards allows the HR team or managers to
manage the distribution of awards easily, quickly
with minimal processing. We currently have two
ways of adding rewards:
‘Flex Managed Rewards’
Scheme managers provide Flex Rewards with
data in a pre-agreed format for upload to the Flex
Rewards database. The data will be uploaded
in bulk at a pre-agreed time, usually weekly or
monthly depending on scheme use.
‘Self Managed Rewards’ (coming 2016)
Scheme managers or administrators are able to
access the Flex Rewards database directly to
process awards. Depending on their agreed
access they are able to add rewards up to the
managers agreed limit set by the company.
Access can also be given to allow managers to
view awards, communicate with plan participants
or edit the rewards given to employees.
