3. Graphic Design Production
• Advantages of working in this medium
– It can be easy when you get use to it after a while.
– Also you can get what different types of fonts and
what colour goes well with it as you go along.
• Disadvantages of working in this medium
– It can take a long time to do, and decide what you
think works well with each other.
– It can take a long time to get use to how
everything, and keep on using over again.
4. Graphic Design ProductionSimilarities:
• They both set on the beach.
• They both have the theme of
summer involve in the
poster.
• The coca cola bottles are
surround by something, on
the beach.
• The way the bottles are
place in sand are very
similar.
• The logos are place in similar
places.
• There both adverting that
coca cola is good to have on
a beach.
Differences:
• Both have different types of
background e.g. my beach has
more of a paradise feel, than
the coca cola.
• The type of feeling is different,
because the cola one suggest
having it when the beach doing
something, while my cola
poster suggest having it when
your relaxing on the beach.
• The cola poster has more stand
out colour, while my has more
a colour that blend in with
each, and gives more of
smooth.
5. Graphic Design Production
One of my strength is
that the coca cola logo
blends well with the
sunset to make it look like
the coca cola logo is the
sunset. This is affect
because everyone would
look at the sun set and
they will see the coca
cola logo instead of the
sunset.
My second strength is that
the like bottles look like
they are meant to be
there, with the sand
matching the colour of the
coca cola bottle. This is an
strength because it look
like someone has put the
coca cola bottle in the
sand, this gives us a happy
feeling.
My first weakness is that
the edges are not that
smooth, making it not the
best poster look at for a
long period of time. I could
of use a lasso tool to make
the edges smoother.
My second weakness is
that the size of the coca
cola logo isn’t biggest
because if it goes to big
you won’t be able to see
the coca cola logo
because it would cover
up with a the sun. This
would make it unable to
read what brand I’m
adverting in the poster,
or what its say over the
sun.
It would appeal to people in the
ages between 16-19 because most
people want to get away to some
where nice.
6. Radio Production
• Advantages of working in this medium
• It easy to use and to import your audio into, also
to edited.
• Its an effected way to edited you audio and the
length of the audio when doing it.
• Disadvantages of working in this medium
– It can take a long time to get it to what you group
decide is the best audio.
– It only work on mp3 when working on premier.
– It doesn’t support other audio other than mp3.
7. Radio Production
Our radio advert has a summer time feel to, with
it sounding like its in a paradise beach, with the
sound of waves and people laughing.
Similarities:
• They both are set on a beach.
• They both have a summer time theme
• They both have people laughing, when at the
family.
Differences:
• Our advert, there less dialogue in it, while the
existing, has a lot of dialogue in it.
• The our advert has more of a longer song use
in it, while the real one has a shorter use of
song.
8. Radio Production
Strengths:
• The editing of the final piece work well.
• The background sound and the music work
well the with each other.
Weaknesses:
• The speech audio wasn’t loud enough towards
the end for the slogan at the end of it.
10. Video Game Production
• Advantages of working in this medium
– It’s easy to draw the pixel in Photoshop.
– It’s easy to edit the character and make them
move and jump, also the background was easy to
do.
• Disadvantages of working in this medium
– The move wasn’t smooth and it was quite clunky.
– It wasn’t the fastest either it took quite a while for
it move.
11. Video Game Production
Similarities:
• They are both in 2D form, when
they are both moving.
• They both are going after
something, for example the chupa
chupa are going after sweet, while
my advergame is going after the
coca cola can.
Differences:
• Chupa chupa game is more colourful
and more bight, while my game is
really dark with the main colour being
black.
• The movement in the Chupa game is
smooth than my game as the
movement rough.
• The Chupa game is a classic game,
rather than my more modern game.
12. Video Game ProductionStrength:
• The background
fit well with the
theme of the
Advergame.
• It look likes
classic game
with the
movement.
Weaknesses:
The movement is quite
slow and not smooth when
it was jumping from box to
box.
The building had different
shapes for the lights, and
they weren’t all the same.
Changes:
• I would
make the
movement
a lot
smooth.
• I would also
make the
length of it
much
shorter, so
it doesn’t
drag out
too long.
13. Comparison
• Which product do you believe advertises the
product the best? Why?
• The poster because it best show the product when I adverting
it, also it had more of a effect when I finish. Also it show more
of coca cola feel than the other adverts that I have don’t.
• Which of your products is the most
professional? Why?
• The poster was the most professional because it had a better
finish to the other adverts, by the radio wasn’t as loud
towards the end. The advergame it wasn’t smooth and it was
quite clunky.
