 90% of all communication is non verbal.
 Research shows that if we have a teacher or
representation of the teacher such as a video,
picture or even an avatar giving us feedback or
directions, we are more engaged and thus
retain more learning.
 The teacher student relationship is critical to
the motivation and engagement of the student.
 The visual representation builds those
relationships.
 Sometimes written feedback can seem
impersonal and dry.

make a video of your feedback to that student with
questions that may have come up that you would like
them to address.

You can also embed video into an email to your
parents to accomplish the same ends,
announcements of upcoming events, or to
emphasize a job well done.
