 Coordinated all crisis and emergency preparedness by collecting comprehensive data and facts to facilitate
Senior Management’s decision-making process – Proactively researched, analyzed, identified and quickly

 As a Sr. Team member, provided Senior Management with crucial input on the day to day operations of the
Regional Operations Unit, which influences critical decisions on work quality improvement.
 Assisted in the recruiting, including interviews, written assessments of prospective candidates; played a
major role in the hiring and training of new hires; created a robust and comprehensive training guide
 Prepared quarterly and monthly assessments of staff in order to improve work quality - Assisted in the
creation of all documentation relative to staff’s annual performance reviews
 Monitored activities for all company locations in the Americas operating in a 24/7 Regional Help and
Information desk.
 Assisted Corporate Security VP with internal investigations and projects that have legal implications.
 Maintained outstanding customer service standards - Worked closely with the Business Continuity Team,
Facilities and multiple Vendors to ensure that all locations maintained full operating capacity.
 Monitored the Access Control and Building Security Alarm System and responded in a quick, timely
manner to all alarm activations.
 Acknowledged alarm conditions, and in the event of an Access Control security violation, conducted
proper investigations by dispatching Security Personnel to the area and/or by reviewing video footage from
the DVR security system - Notified Corporate Security of all findings and concerns
 Provided Access Control support to regional offices such as requests to place a door or alarm on bypass.
 Worked closely with the Lower Manhattan Security Initiative (LMSI) and NYPD in regards to counter-
