3. INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS:
• Mostly young talented artist in every field have lack of
knowledge of sales. Quarantine Artist Platform (QAP) is an
application, website and Social media platform through which
artists and skillful youngsters will be able to promote their
talent. In application, we will categorize weather they are
singer, actor, painter, designer or an influencer.
4. CONT.
• QAP will promote their talent because many talented
people have skills which can help others, but they are not
able to show others due to lack of knowledge of social
media algorithms. QAP will help them by just registering
their Artworks on QAP platforms, initially they will be
given free vouchers for running ads and gradually, they
will have to pay for ads.
5. COMPETITORS:
• All social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and
tiktok etc. are the competitors of QAP. The competition
is very high.
• Competitors are stable but they are very saturated, so we
have advantage that our platform is specifically for artists.
6. MARKETING STRATEGY:
• We made a group on Facebook from
where we collect 100,000 Artists and
shift them to our application. As we
all know all present social media
platforms are much saturated that
new young talent cannot raise their
voice until they pay a lot of money.
• Moreover, we will start the social
media campaign when the app is
completed.
7. VISION STATEMENT:
• Our Vision is to provide hustle free platform to our
young talented people where all of them are free
to expose any kind of talent which is beneficial for
our Pakistan.
8. TARGET MARKET & CONSUMER BUYING POWER:
• The target market is people between Age 13-30
especially youngsters in which we are targeting to
all kind of Artist i.e., Sketch Artist, Virtual Artists,
Photographers, Videographers, Singers, Actors,
Models etc.
• Initially it is free, so Customers have strong
purchasing power.

• Talent will never remain under rated.

• If we don’t make check and balance on sensitive
content, then it will be most dangerous.

• This application has high growth
potential because this is technological
era, and a lot of artists are looking for
new platforms.

• Estimated amount to launch and promote
the application is approximately Rs.
5,00,000.
• We will build app by ourselves all our
investment is required for promotion.
• We already gathered our finance by selling
our skills and from our personal savings,
we will invest in the business.
