manufacturing of spares required for maintenance, jigs and fixtures for different
production machines and tools for the production
Superpack Nagpur , a division of Bajaj Plastics Ltd. Nagpur A group
company of Hargovind Bajaj , largest manufacturers of HDPE / PP woven
sacks , maintaining high Quality. Worked in the loom section looking after the
production and maintenance as a mechanical engineer, promoted to Senior Engr
In charge whole mechanical maintenance activities. Period 1987- 90. Work
involved maintenance and erection ,commissioning of looms.
Worked as In-charge Engineering department in middle management cadre, in
Relpol Plastics Products Private Limited Akola. Joined in the year 1990.
Previously it was PIL – NOCIL , A unit of Arvind Mafatlal group. In Year 2004
it has been taken over by Reliance Industries limited and it became RPPL Akola.
Additionally held the responsibility of safety officer since year 1997.RPPPL
Akola having annual turnover of about 70 Crores. Manufacturers of HDPE
pipes, Blow Molding Drums, Film Bags , Injection molding fittings etc. There is a
blown film Multilayer plant. In the period of 1990-1997 , We were manufacturing
EVA foam sheets. In this plant there were Kneader, Calendaring machine,
Hydraulic Press, Slitting machine, Boiler etc.

2. Time Technoplast Limited Hyderabad:
A Mumbai Based company as Factory Manager from January 2010 to May 2014.
Executed the project of Time Technoplast limited Chennai and then completed
project of Hyderabad and now managed the company till May 2014.In Chennai the
project was of both blow molding and pipe extruders. All installation . commissioning
was done. Started the production in October 2010. Shifted to Hyderabad ,
monitored all civil work , Factory shed , electrical installation, utilities installation
commissioning and started the commercial production in April 2011.Started business
and slowly, sales turnover could reach from 15 crores to 30 crores in a year . energy
ratio also could bring down to 1.11 unit per Kg for both Injection molding and Blow
molding . Manpower cost also brought down to Rs. 5.4 per kg with following the
minimum wages rule of AP government.
Pragati Polyplast India Private Limited Hyderabad:
Presently working with Pragati polyplast India ltd as General Manager plant from June
2014 and managing the company. Changed the machinery layouts, machinery
shifting , pipe line , cable laying modifications. Also involved myself in erection
,commissioning and stabilizing the polythene bags plant including studying
customer requirement. This also involved clean room concept as it is primary
packing of pharma companies. Also given input for improving power ratio and
controlling the overall cost. Looking after all the activities from manufacturing to
dispatch. This company is supplying packaging products to most of the Pharmaceutical
companies in Hyderabad and Vizag like Dr. reddy’s lab , Divis lab, Mylan lab ,Hetero
labs and drugs, Natco pharma, Neuland Labs , Sri Krishna Pharma etc.

Factory Manager / Unit Head :
Worked in Time Technoplast Limited Hyderabad. ( A Plastic processing unit , packaging
division ,A unit of Time Tchnoplast limited group Mumbai. ) Four years as Factory
manager . After completion of project now production and sale activities started since
last three years.Managed complete operations of plant activities with a team of
Production , maintenance , commercial ,HR and others.
Presently working with Pragati polyplast India limited from June 2014 as GM (Plant) and
looking after all the operations including layout improvement, customer support.
Concentrating on increasing sales, reducing cost, and also helped in starting the primary
packing ,Polythene bag manufacturing and sale with sample submission approval etc.
Engineering/Maintenance Head
Responsible for the Maintenance of the whole Plant , all Production Equipments,
Project equipments, all utilities like air compressors , water chilling plant , cooling towers
, central air conditioning unit. Held the responsibility of Engineering In-charge.
Responsible completely for the department functioning. Additionally holding the charge

Production department ,Project department ,Marketing, Finance, Purchase etc for
smooth running of Operations.
Completely handled the erection and commissioning ,positioning of looms in Superpack
Nagpur , A unit of Bajaj Plastics limited Nagpur.
Completely handled the project of blow molding machine VK3/200 , 200 ltrs machine with
utilities ,procurement ,foundation , positioning ,erection commissioning complete
Project of plant of blow molding and Pipe machines at Time technoplast limited (Chennai)
complete with civil work, machines selection and installation commissioning and production
stabilization.
Started the work of Project Time Technoplast Limited Hyderabad complete with civil work
from scratch to machines installation ,commissioning and production stabilization.

and being continued. In Time Technoplast Limited Hyderabad from 1.8 to 1.16

Hyderabad and presently handling in Pragati Polyplast India Private limited Hyderabad.
Additionally visited abroad for one project through NOCIL Akola
VISIT TO ABROAD :
Handled one project of blow molding machine .The Project involved installation ,
commissioning and layout of machine at Greif International Ladysmith South Africa .
The machine dismantled here and shipped to South Africa and there again assembled ,
installed and commissioned in the year January 2004 . This machine is used for
manufacturing "L" ring drums of 200 liters capacity. The machine is totally equipped with
servo valves & proportional valves . The controls are electro-pneumatics and electro –
hydraulics. The customer changed the mould design. We were two members in team.
The machine has Siemens PLC S5.
