Duties performed in administrative offices of the US Army in Tulsa, OK, Ft. Bragg, NC and Ft. Sill, OK. Duties

personnel requests, leave and passes, and unit strength reports. Duties also include correspondence with Post
administration in transferring paperwork to the appropriate departments for evaluation and furthering of requests to
the Department of the Army. Strict attention to detail and 100% accuracy vital to ensuring personnel and
promotions granted. Other duties as specified to military job descriptions include weapons qualification, land
navigation, physical fitness, barracks duties and nuclear, chemical and biological weapons training on a daily,
weekly and monthly basis as directed by duty location.

Skill Set
As an administrative professional, I can offer a wide variety of skills. My previous experience in the US Army
administrative field prepared me for any customer service situation. In order to achieve the results I needed for
soldiers pay, awards or promotions, I had to be able to get along with a wide variety of professionals. My military
career also instilled in me the belief that above all else, honesty and integrity are first and foremost the attributes
one must possess to be successful at any profession. I am a very dependable person, as I expect that from my
employer and those around me. As an administrator, I can multitask and be flexible as office needs change daily. I
possess and abundant knowledge of MS Word and Works as well as Excel. Working in the administrative office, I
continually look for ways to stream line and make work flow more efficient.
