The Banquet Set Up / House person must ensure that all banquet and meeting rooms are properly set
Respond timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items
Ensure Banquet departmental standards are followed
Assist to ensure Banquet rooms are prepared efficiently
Maintain inventory of Banquet supplies and equipment

Create survey sheets or work on predefined surveys to gather census information

Assist people in filling out surveys forms and explaining items on surveys forms
Double check information on survey forms or information pads to unsure the accuracy of information
Compile, record the code information derived from specified forms into a predefined database
