AIA Virtual Conventions: Developed and executed on project plans for marketing the Simulcast
product for Virtual Convention. 2013 revenues increased 230% over previous year. 2012 Virtual
Convention resulted in non-dues revenue of $35,000.
AIA’s Component and Employee Extranets: Developed and executed on project plans to assure that
branding, functionality, access permissions, etc. occurred smoothly, on time, and to specifications
for a new Component extranet and a user-friendly, high-use replacement for employees’ AIA Insider
intranet.
Web Advertising Expansion and Implementation: Spearheaded initiative to expand web advertising
offerings into new channels. Results: 14 new ad spaces with revenue potential of $420,000 in year
one. Responsible for inventory management, ad serving, and visitation tracking for AIA.org web ads
and e-newsletter.
Market Analysis: Produced market overview of non-dues potential for an AIA offering of ARE prep
courses and others. First partner agreement based on plan recommendations expected soon.
