Responsible at different times for Small Business DSL, Wholesale DSL, Satellite Broadband and the Mobility Retail
channel for DSL sales. Resolve customer issues, shepherd network conversions, make policy and sales decisions,
manage two direct reports.
Wholesale DSL: Converted 100% of resellers to new network technology. Collected outstanding A/R of
approximately $100,000.
Small Business DSL: Led implementation for same-day repair guarantee to small/medium business market, a value-
added service that was DSL’s biggest PR hit of the year to that date.
Satellite Broadband: Created sales lift plan, analyzed data such as sales volumes and Mobility store door swings (for
sales lift plan), improved vendor relations, renegotiated vendor contracts, restarted product marketing. Created

Launched BellSouth’s 6Mbps DSL products, FastAccess Xtreme (consumer) and FastAccess Business DSL 6.0
(business). Led team of 25 professionals representing eight functions from design to launch, including interpreting
customer requirements for translation to technical requirements, aligning scope, bringing clarity to and documenting
product definition, managing through customer equipment incompatibility, and introducing unprecedented customer
care initiatives. Successful launch delivered product subscription increase of 84% and $8.5M in new revenue in the
first five months of service.
Launched Static IP, the first vertical feature for FastAccess DSL to small/medium business market. Led team to
overcome significant IT limitations, including building an interim, manual process to enable the product to launch and
deliver revenue goals while systems were aligned to fully automate ordering and provisioning process. Service
represented more than 115,000 business customers and nearly $3M in annual revenue.
Led pilot to test DSL-based credit card processing for retail/small business customers, including developing partner
relationships and negotiating sales and business processes with key industry partner.
