Researched document management process of 5 document-heavy industries selected as part of Ricoh’s plan to grow sales of
DocumentMall, Ricoh’s Web-based document management solution, in these verticals. To help the 10 dedicated sales representatives
to sell more effectively, I produced sales kits and trained them on competitive positioning, product differentiating factors and value
proposition.

Marketing Communications Specialist- Internet and Promotions Department 2006-2007
Produced and administered e-marketing promotions. Worked with 3 external agencies to manage all online sales incentive-based
programs (Ricoh Aficio League, Savin Fast Track and Lanier Points Plus). Used Oracle to pull sales data not being extracted from
central reporting tool.
• Provided product marketing managers with detailed quarterly reports of promotional expenditures and program effectiveness.
Quarterly costs for all sales incentive programs were forecasted to be around $1M. Quantitative data queried from Sequel
DBMS used to determine the duration of each SPIFF.

Managed revamp of InfoCenter, Ricoh’s Product Information and Sales Resource Intranet site for all Ricoh brands and sales channels.
Challenge was to improve sales users’ online access to critical product files and sales tools. With over 7,000 users for Ricoh’s site
alone, our Web strategy focused on providing a user-friendly interface, intuitive navigation and logical information architecture. Ricoh
InfoCenter’s site launch was so well received, we used the wireframe as a template for the revamp of Savin and Lanier branded
InfoCenter sites.
• Site was developed with an internal self-service content management tool. This tool enabled us to perform critical content
management activities such as securely uploading time-sensitive and confidential files and refreshing key homepage content
in-house.
• Product Launch Kit files available online in 24 hours instead of 10 day average.
• 50% reduction in customer service calls from frustrated sales users.
Glowpoint, Inc. New Providence, NJ
Marketing Manager 2005–2006
Worked on integrated promotional campaign developed to ensure seamless launch of a desktop videoconferencing product being co-
marketed with Sony. Sony IVE was unveiled at industry’s largest tradeshow InfoComm. Responsible for development and re-design of
e-marketing projects such as SEM and Keyword Search programs, email marketing, landing page development and time-sensitive
management of tradeshows details.
• Designed a new product centered SEM campaign and revamped unmanaged corporate keyword search programs.
• Co-partnered with Sony Electronics in preparation for and participation in InfoComm tradeshow.
• Developed pre-show direct marketing campaigns one of which included a self-mailer to drive recipients (attendees) to a
promotional landing page and limited time discounts and offers to be redeemed online.
• Managed $30,000 budget for preparation for and participation at LegalTech, a LA-based tradeshow targeting the legal
vertical. Acted as sole marketing/sales representative with two dedicated sales engineers. Created and managed production
of new print and interactive materials (sell sheets, case studies, promotional landing page and a series of video depositions
that synced with an interactive sales presentation).
