I’m 21 Years old and currently seeking a full time graduate role. I took a year out of academic studies after
completing post sixteen education to explore my opinions for my desired career, which has furthermore led
me to the studies at Southampton Solent University. People would describe me as a hardworking and
reliable employee/student, who completes what is required of them well and strives to achieve beyond
expectations. I believe my further education has worked well in developing my work ethic and commitment
to tasks, which is essential in the world of work.

Job Title: Trainee Marketing Executive
•Assist and at times take lead of a range of promotional Marketing activities as requested by new, current
or past returning clients.
•Showcase confidence in producing (MARCOM’s/Project proposals) when asked. Used for up-coming
projects that P&P are to be involved in. Whether that be in Business or in the wider community.
• Introductory learning into SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) principles.
• Develop competency ability in 'Basic Web-Design' by assisting the Web Design/Development team at
P&P to learn web-building skills on WordPress, (An open source CMS. That uses HTML, CSS, PHP and
MySQL).
•Engage in Business Networking (B2B) with current and potential clients. To gain further confidence in
business communications and to meet employers in the local area in order to talk and promote my future
career ambitions after leaving University.
•Being responsible for taking minutes from client meetings that are hosted in Office. Using recorded minutes
to assist the Managing Director to make follow-up action points after completion of a meeting and discuss
further any points that were raised that could be significantly viable to the future outcome of a pending
project solution or situation.

Being delegated to a range of different areas across the store, including the footwear area,
cashdesk, stock replenishment and other shop floor areas. Including maintaining presentation of
stock across the store.
Responsibilities include: being focused and motivated to deliver a high quality customer service to
customers (complying in line the companies mission statement), making myself approachable to
customers in order to answer their queries and questions quickly.
Helping to efficiently drive along sales and make sure that I am always aware of the trading priorities
for the specific calendar week of the company. For example, (Gold, Silver and Bronze) which all
require different tasks and key information to be aware of.

Job Title: Retail Operative
Customer Services - Roles/Tasks:
Being responsible for returning items purchased by customers and listening/understanding to the
reasons why their sale was unsuitable.
Making sure customers are satisfied with their method of refund (store credit, cash, or exchange)
to maintain a good relationship with customers. Ensuring brand loyalty can be achieved and
established.
Reporting to management when issues from customers couldn't be addressed from my level of
expertise to make sure that their queries/questions are answered at a suitable level of authority.
Operate on the stores Tannoy loudspeaker system to notify staff members to go to different areas
of the store and also to notify our customers of information to be aware of, including what
deals/offers were available on that specific day of trade.
