I am writing to you to express my interest in the PA/Administration position currently available at your
company. I believe that I am an excellent fit for this position, given my extensive background in office
management and administration. I believe and know that my skills and qualifications prove my ability to fill
that role.
In the job description for the position in your company, there were some requirements that stood out to me:
 Language skills and ability to communicate well with people at different levels and from different
background..
 Written communication skills.
 Good telephone etiquette and above average planning and organizing skills.
 Ability to identify and handle confidential matters.
In my current role as Administrator/Reception/Switchboard, I have learned and mastered the skill of
communicating with people from different levels, backgrounds and races. I have natural ability to work with
people, help clients, customers as well as the public at large and I do collaborate well in teams. As a
Receptionist/Administrator I am required to communicate with different people of different status, by
applying both verbal and written communication. In most cases I am required to obtain clients financial
information and confidentially treated such information. I understand that good interpersonal skills allow for
a more comfortable and cohesive office environment.
