To provide sales and customer interaction support to the Consultant: VAF Sales (Business &
Commercial Markets). This support is necessary in order to achieve the desired sales
targets and returns and to manage effective internal and external relationships
 Supports the Consultant: VAF Sales (Business & Commercial Markets) in the
attainment of new business targets in line with segment strategies.
 Extracts customer information ahead of client meetings (e.g., credit checks, VAF
history, fleet card usage, securities held, etc.).
 Provides administrative support in the preparation of credit applications and
interventions.
 Supplies client information on an ad-hoc basis to Personal, Business and
Commercials Markets.
 Prepares facility letters for scrutiny by the Consultant: VAF Sales (Business &
Commercial Markets).
 Completes documentation and obtains credit approval for Interims agreements for
processing by the VAF Sales (Interims).
 Stands-in for the Consultant: VAF Sales (Business & Commercial Markets), when
necessary, to ensure service levels to customers are not compromised. This would
include the signing of contract documentation.
 Facilitates the overall sales process through the value chain, particularly Credit
 Ensure the required contracts are drawn up in line with client requirements and credit
approval
