Personal Profile:
I am an AAT Level 3 student, who is actively looking for a position with a finance department, to aid
my further development within the Finance Industry. After being exposed to a finance background
during my past employment opportunities and education, I am passionate and determined to work
towards a career in this field. To support this commitment, I am aiming to complete my ACCA in the
very near future.

Role and Responsibilities:
Clerical duties included: inbound and outbound calls, recruitment and selection, scanning,
vetting, auditing, filling, creating and updating database.
Dealing with clients over the telephone and face to face.
Sourcing and screening CV’s of bilingual speakers on job sites such as Total Jobs, Indeed and
LinkedIn.
Being the first point of contact on the phones, dealing with customer support and enquiries.
Assisting recruitment manager by assisting in the recruitment process.
Dealing with difficult calls on a daily basis, and finding a way to effectively handle the calls and
