 Increase VAS revenue for channel by 20% - Determined by average over last 6 months with

 Ensure channel manage accessory stock in stores and increase sales. Ensure hero device
items are stocked by stores and in line with store promotions. Ensure stores are visited by
suppliers and items are rotated and catered for by store LSM
 Prepaid sales targets are achieved on starter packs and airtime
 Less than 5% of base expired and upgradeable
 Ensure outputs established on ROI on marketing activities are achieved. Targets to be
planned prior to events and measured.
 All stores receive marketing merchandize monthly and is utilised and displayed in store
according to store planogram. CSI per store above 8.5%

AREA AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
 Monthly meeting with store owners or franchise managers to discuss overall store
performance and discuss cycle objectives
 Store visits to establish training requirements, planogram audit and user profile and
actions. Completion of agreed store scorecard (“revenue red”) upon visits monthly
 Achieve monthly cycle visit objectives for FSM’s relative to area – ensure quality assurance
of cycle visits by FSM’s with 90% compliance by conducting audits / surveys with store
owners and frontline staff
 Ensure business communication is received by stores and frontline staff
 Submit business plan per business entity ensure lease expiry dates are managed, centre
requirements established, rent is paid up to date, store achieved set objectives. Ensure legal
compliance according to contractual agreement
CONFORMANCE
 Controllable tickets not to exceed total sales and upgrades transactions
 No more than 5% escalated queries monthly per outlet pertaining to transactionsNo aged
stock in stores, ensure stock is rotated and stores hold stock of top hero deals
 Pending workflows in sales area no longer than 3 day turnaround time (relevant to the sales
workflow)
 Credit vetting compliance – not more than 5% controllable declines per outlet
 Report back on any red flag items in stores affected by non-compliance from operational
support divisions in accordance to the Company escalation and blue print
