Recruitment and Selection
Co-ordinate with internal departments to get exact requirements & to ensure that the manpower
requirements are posted onto the Intranet, Website and Consultants.
Conducted telephonic interviews, one to one focused and group interviews, and in-depth reference
checks
Designed job advertisements for web recruitment and screened response against key job requirements
Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments informed
of the same.

Established training needs across the org. at various level by conducting Surveys, Excercising,
Quesstionnire, Observation among the employees and implemented in-house training and development
initiatives to achieve results aligned to company business goals
Update database with names of attendees, dates, faculty, cost, and feedback.
Prepare the Annual Functional Trainings Calender deptt. - wise, Training Cards of individual
employee.
Scheduling and Conducting On-the-job training, monthly Functional as well as General Trainings and
co-ordinate with the concern H.O.D’s
Arrange the External Training Programmes (Workshops, Seminars, Industrial Trainings etc.)
Approved Internal Trainer of HR, Present Training programmes like : 5s, Leadership, Goal-setting,
Motivation, Safety, ISO, and WHO-GMP etc.
Performance appraisal system
Co- ordinate and follow-up with internal departments to ensure that the process is completed on
schedule.
Conduct, Develop performance management system appraising Employee performance. Competency
mapping of profiles in Performance Appraisals with employees.
Carrying out various surveys through questionnaire to analyze the Employees requirement/ demand.
HR Intervention that includes climate Survey, Employees satisfaction survey.
HR Audits & Factory Inspection
Handling the entire National /International Audits (FDA, ISO-2000: 9001, Slovak, WHO-GMP etc.)
