In the last four years, I have been granted the opportunity to become an integral part of the renewals
process. I have helped create and refine contracts that not only communicated clearly to our
customers, but also protected our service teams. I have helped launch SalesForce. Many of the
current functionalities for which I have had the pleasure of influencing for the better.

When not recording renewed contracts (each unique in its own way) I’m contacting clients, handling
