Work Description:
After working as Store Manager for 1 year, the management appointed me as
Store Manager cum Branch Trainer. My main job duties remain and the new
task given is to train potential management trainee
to become a capable and independent assistant store manager or store manager.
This is a challenging and interesting task. I've put in lots of effort in this but my
performance could not be seen by the top management. This had disappointed
me. Thus l left for better career advancement opportunities.

I joined Ogawa as Sales adviser in outlets at 2003 and had been working at this
position for one and a half year. During this period, I've gained the skills of

Operations Supervisor. I was appointed to lead my own sales team and training
new joined staff. I started to involve in management skills as I need to motivate
