Job description:
• Responsible for smooth operations of the entire outlet by ensuring proper
compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product
preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair .
• Implementation of cost saving methods and timely completion of jobs.
• Control over financial transactions, accounting, Resturant Audits, purchase and
issue, optimum inventory maintenance and utilization.
• Personally responsible for maintaining profit and loss account with regards to
including manpower scheduling, food procurement and supply, material issued,
Purchase order details, Running Bills Raised and their subsequent status or Final
bills with Justification sheets, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate
actions .

as well as training and motivation program me for existing team.
