 Instrumental in restructuring and strengthening the Area Management via the roll out of Retail
Operations Executives towards delivering set targets with zero stock losses.
 Initiated a 3-pronged approach including introducing KPI, benchmarking and balance scorecards,
rolling out the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Cycle as well as revamping the IT system to boost front
line services score from 85% to 92% while reducing Out of Stock situations from 20% to just 7%.
