In this second opportunity my role was design, managed and execute the core
of the musical environment as a host, the challenge was in charge to be
responsible for managing the changes and moments of the event through
musical sets, starting with the welcome reception, main stage, breaks, and

service provided by Cabify in two distinctive countries such as Colombia and
Spain focus in associate drivers and final costumer. Besides, Claims, end-
user service protocols and / or application failures in digital service channels
(Mail) and chat.

o Bogota – June 2021 – May 2022
Assisting call Phones at customer service in Priceline. At the beginning of the
role, I was responsible of the attention and customer service for just Hotel and
cars reservation in the Priceline platform around the United States, managing
cancelations, changes, or any other related issue with the booking. Three
months later I was upgraded to Global agent and starting to manage Flights
reservations as well, learning software skills such as Worldspan and Farelogix
to cancel, change or modify flight tickets for different airlines all around the
world. Talking directly to customers as well as Priceline third parties.
Main Achievements:
Effectiveness in customer Satisfaction (CSAT) in the customer service line,
for associate drivers, solving out in the first contact resolution, being in the
goal of tickets per day.
