2. IDENTITY
The youngest of three boys, Angel Deleon
was born and raised in Atlantic City, New
Jersey. When he was at the age of three
years old, he started to recognize the
sound of music. He is attached with
Spanish music but also, the sound of R&B,
Pop, and many other genres. Begin raised
in Atlantic City, he avoiding the jobs in the
area such as casino jobs, but one thing that
he enjoy is music and video games. He was
able to attend Full Sail University for his
Bachelor’s Degree for Music Business. He
wants to be able to be the first in his family
to graduate with his Bachelor’s Degree and
make a career with his passion of music.

and Sony/ATV Music Publishing
also in New York.
The two companies that I would
like to target to introduce into
my vision on making my brand
into something different for
everyone.
5. Goals
Short Term: (After Graduation, 2020)
❖ I want to be able to work for Sony/ATV by 2020 - 2021. I
want to connect with the company and be able to get my
feet wet with the company on seeing what it’s all about.
Mid Term: (2025)
❖ By 2025, I want to grow my brand and open my own
company that would work with songwriters and producers.
It would be my own vision of my brand and be more
involved with the connection of the artist and writers.
Long Term: (2045)

These skills will help me improve myself within my brand
and other companies. Working with Microsoft taught me
to be able to manage my time and be more comfortable
with public speaking.

❖ I promise to use my knowledge from Full Sail
University, to allow myself be comfortable on what I
have to do in any company including my brand. I want
to be able to establish my creativity and be more open
with different genres. My brand will be about the
creative side of what people couldn’t release with other
companies. I want to be able to allow the artist creative
side come out and be release for everyone to see.

Institute of Technology with
her Bachelor of Management.

for myself in the Entertainment
and Marketing Strategy.

Carletta Higginson has been
working with Google for 5 years,
with the role of Global Head of
Music Publishing. From begin a
manager in the role of Music
Partnerships for Youtube into the
role she is in now.
She graduated from NYU with her
Bachelor’s degree in the arts and
went to Columbia University School
of Law a year later with a Juris
Doctorate.
The knowledge and skills are similar
to the career path that I want to
accomplish in the Music Publishing.

The passion that Angel has with music will always be a
big part in his personal and business life. He cherish
the commitment that he has to help others and to be
sure that everything goes the way he envision it. The
professionalism that he provides while working for
Microsoft has shown him to be a leader and be
confident on his passion.
