ABOUT JOKO
Personal delightful, sociable and able to adapt in a variety of social, cross-cultural
environment. Recognized as a leader of high-performance, easily approachable,

process-oriented and outcome achievement.
Approximately 24 years I have been working and career in various national and foreign
companies, including Construction & Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality
Industry, Real Estate and Hotel Consultant with experience and skills in leadership and
have good technical ability.
Some of the areas that I mastered and understand are in the field of Human Resources
Management & System, External & Government Relation (include CSR), Health, Safety
& Environment, General Affairs such as management & port operations, management
facility, travel & accommodation arrangement, general administration, security & crisis
management, cash management, payroll and account payable, formalities and enough
understanding of the supply chain and logistic operation.
While working the last ten years as head of the representative the head office in
conducting activities office and workshop, has a proven track record of good and
successful in handling the budget, general administration and human resources, health,
safety and the environment, repair and maintenance offices and workshops and port
activities, purchasing and procurement services as well as logistics, warehousing and
workshop activities to support service projects (construction & mining) that are operating
in Kalimantan.
To support my work activities, there is a lot of training, seminars and workshops that I
have followed both in leadership and operational techniques. Also there are several
organizations that I follow both internally such as member national executives advisor
team for executive / director and outside the company such as social organization,
education, environment, professional-oriented and support government, corporate and
community.
Quite a lot of the problems I faced during my career in some of the companies,
especially in the field of human resources, security, external & government relation such
as handling employee strikes, demonstration and occupation by society and NGO’s,
demonstration political issue, all of which have forged me into a professional at work.
