28. Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in
recruitment processes.
29. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement
of employees in consultation with the management
30. Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave
encashment and full & final settlements.

31. Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality
32. Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and
regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organogram) of each
employee.
33. Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
34. Prepare letters like offer, confirmation, etc, implement and administer performance
management process as per the PMS policy and timelines.
35. Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
36. Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in
consultation with the respective Managers.
37. Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people
in the organization
38. Keeping records of staff insurance and get it renewed in due time.
39. Coordinate with consultants & candidates for scheduling appointments with the
Management team for sourcing.
Employee Engagement
40. Formulating and implementing the Engagement Calendar of the unit
41. Rolling out and organizing Engagement Activities in line with the above calendar and
business requirements.
42. Establishing, activating and sustaining communication channels for Workmen – e.g.
Quarterly FM Cascades, Committee meetings like Canteen Committee, Health & Safety
Committee, Grievance Redressed Management Committee , Sports, etc.
43. Check travel and tour expenses & contractor bills and record in relevant software’s for
timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts.
Organization Development and Change
44. Driving the change agenda for the unit as well as ensuring smooth transition of any
central change agenda
45. Monitoring and controlling workforce absenteeism in the site
46. Driving the capability agenda for the unit specific and Workmen in line with business
needs
47. Driving performance culture mindset for the workmen
