The Industrial Company /T.I.C. Trans Canada Pipeline and Oil Compressor Station – Wichita, KS
This station pumps and transports crude oil from its main facility Alberta, Canada to Houston, TX.
Duties included:
Supervising electrical personnel in executing a 36 hour shutdown, testing and terminating medium voltage and
low voltage circuity

This Production Module is able to produce and pump over 360,000 barrels of crude oil a day. This platform was
constructed in Corpus Christi TX, and Kiewit Offshore yard located in Ingleside, TX and will be shipped off to the
Gulf of Mexico due to be in production in 4th quarter of 2014.

The Hot Springs Power project is the second, of five, projects for TRAC-10 and is located approximately 3 miles W of
I-30, on 270 West, outside of Malvern, Arkansas. TRAC-10 is a TIC/Parsons Joint Venture which has an alliance
agreement with Tractebel for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of five (5) natural
gas-fired combined cycle plants in "2 on 1" configuration with an output of 720MW. These plants consist of two
Siemens-Westinghouse 501G combustion turbine generators (CTG) to be linked to a supplementary-fired heat
recovery system generator (HRSG) to produce steam to drive one common condensing steam turbine generator
(STG). The main thermal island (CTGs, STG, HRSGs, Condenser, Condensate Pumps, Boiler Feed Water Pumps and
3. associated controls) are provided by Siemens-Westinghouse.

Worked with Engineering on piping systems, mechanical systems and electrical systems for the AEP Turk Power
Plant Project in Fulton, Arkansas. Engineering office located in Denver, CO. Coordinated the execution of the
Detailed Design, procurement, construction, commissioning activities. Also manage the various project interfaces
with EPC contractor and company.

Rodemacher Station Unit 3, consisted of a 650 MW supercritical steam coal fired power plant. Worked within the
construction management team to lead and support work efforts in the area of startup and commissioning for the
construction and initial startup testing processes and procedures.

The Wise County Power project is the first, of five, projects for TRAC-10, located 45 miles NW of Fort Worth, Texas.
TRAC-10 is a TIC/Parsons Joint Venture which has an alliance agreement with Tractebel for the Engineering,
Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of five (5) "2 on 1" 800MW combined cycle power plants. These
plants consist of SiemensWestinghouse 501G combustion turbines and Nooter - Eriksen HRSG's. The main thermal
island (CTGs, STG HRSGs, Feed Water Pumps and Condensate Pumps) are provided by Siemens-Westinghouse.

The LA Barge AGI Project focuses on de-bottlenecking of the Shute Creek Gas Plant, installation of an acid gas

modifications to the existing gas plant. The scope of work for the Facility consists of four major components: acid gas
injection surface facilities, cogeneration facilities, and syngas reformer unit and plant integration.

Holland Energy, LLC, owner; Parsons Energy & Chemical Group, engineers. TIC was the general contractor for the
engineering, procurement & construction of a combined cycle power plant, which included the installation of one
Toshiba steam turbine, two Nooter HRSG units and two GE 7FA gas turbines.

The Industrial Company /T.I.C. The Hays Energy Project – – San Marcos, Texas
The Lump Sum combined cycle project was built for Alstom Power, (formerly ABB). The owner is ANP (American
National Power). The project consists of 4 power units, each with the capacity of generating 275mw for a total plant
output of 1100MW. The ABB generators have turbines coupled on each end of the generators. On one end a 175MW
rated ABB GT24 Gas Turbine and on the opposite end a 100MW ABB Steam Turbine. The steam turbine train consists
of a High pressure steam unit, a 3600/9600 RPM Gear Reducer, an Intermediate pressure steam unit, a Low pressure
steam unit and a clutch assembly to allow steam buildup during machine start-up. Two of the steam units have air
cooled steam condensers and the other two have water cooled steam condensers. The air cooled and the water
cooled are being constructed by others.
