I. INTRODUCTION
The Buraburon National High School followed modalities and General Guidelines and
Considerations of Distance Learning based on Memorandum DM-CI-2020-00162 and the
DepEd Order No. 29, s. 2021, re: School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2021-2022.
The school together with the faculty and staff organized the conduct of the said activity
and followed the minimum safety and health protocols set by the local IATF.
II. OBJECTIVES
The following activities were suggested to be carried out:
a) Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and Feedback Giving
b) Showcase of Learners’ Outputs and Performances
c) Distribution of Learner’s Progress Report Cards

4. IV. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATIONS
The conduct of the Quarterly Portfolio Day is one of the most important activities of the
school. It aims to showcase the various accomplishments of the students within the quarter
through their outputs, projects and other performance tasks. It intends to show the student’s
performance and progress within the quarter. The school, the teachers, the parents and other
stakeholders must work hand in hand to ensure that the learners are able to perform at their best
and will be able to achieve the quality education they deserve.
