Driving the financial performance of the facility by ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved including:
 Leading the management team in controllingexpenses to insurethey are indexed to sales
 Developing and implementing plans to correct any deficiencies in financial performancein the facility
 Overseeing the creation of budgets, participatingin analyzingeconomic trends for budget forecasting
Managing finances by demonstrating sound financial management skills including:
 Interpreting, analyzing,and explainingfinancial data and information
 Manages budgets to ensure budgets and financial performanceare aligned with business goals
 Ensures assets,liabilities,revenues,and operatingexpenses are accounted for and reported
 Complies and evaluates financial data to ensure operatingprocedures meet business needs
 Monitors financial data and trends to identify and respond to market changes and other areas of opportunity
Leading inventory flow process by managing the inventory flow process (on-hand accuracy, staffing, managerial
routines) to ensure merchandise is replenished and in-stock:
 Teaches effective inventory flow process to unitleadership and collaborates with external partners (Home
Officereplenishment, buyers, DSD suppliers) on inventory replenishment process
 Monitors the facility to identify problems with inventory flow, signs of shrinkagewith corrective action taken
Making informed judgments by:
 Usingrelevant business metrics,analyses and reports to measure, monitor, and improve performance
 Identifies and applies sound,fact-based criteria in settingpriorities and makingdecisions
 Looks beyond symptoms to determine the root causes of possibleconcerns and then coursecorrects and
implements applicablesolutions
Ensuring execution and achieves results by:
 Conveying a senseof urgency in ways that motivate others to complete responsibilities and achievegoals
 Leverages resources and talent to achievebusiness goals whileensuring others are held accountableto
