Inventory Control Supervisor/ Inbound Area Shift Manager
I’ve worked in several areas of Distribution Supervisor for QVC including the WMS/WCS, IBM and WMS
distribution areas. This included all product receipts, all product movement internally (pick to Outbound)
and externally, and inventory control methods for 0440 and 0540 warehouses and throughout the 1.4
million square foot facility to include the automated Crane operated Highbay locations.

2. Nike Sport Graphics Inc., Greenville, NC 1992 - 2000
Distribution Manager 1998 - 2000
Managed the Greenville NC Nike Distribution Warehouse that encompassed 150,000 square feet of
storage, racking and office space, capable of warehousing over 10 million blank garments.
Initiated and maintained employee accountability to improved efficiency and accuracy.
Initiated all 90-day planning strategies for warehouse staff. Development of staff included: complete
cross-functional training, employee flexibility, building bench strength to develop true succession planning
throughout warehouse staff. Improved overall inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving accuracy,
productivity and budgetary guidelines adherence. Maintained an active field inventory system for five
major contract printers which controlled inventory limits outside Nike.
Operated at 10-12% below budget and assisted in the development of $2.1 million FY00 budget to
include development and implementation of a WMS system for FY00-FY01.
