Business/Operations Manager (2011-Present)
Manage high level business, financial & operation duties for 3 sites with combined annual sales of ~95 million. Establish
and maintain business relationships with key customers. Continually analyze current business practices and streamline
processes to increase profitability and implement cost reduction opportunities throughout Belcan. Assist Senior Operations
Manager in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Belcan’s Support Staff, to include IT, HR & the Facility/Security
Office. Prepare internal & external Monthly/Quarterly financial reports.
 Developed financial tools and processes which are utilized to train Business Unit Operation Managers which have
proven to reduce waste, and increase profit.
 Assess new and existing Business Units for profitability, and procedures. Continuously develop cross functional teams
and ensure operations are running lean and aligned to other sites.
 Prepare and accountable for the preparation of the yearly budget and quarterly forecast which are reported to Senior
Management and VP of Engineering.
 Monitor revenue and margin inclusive of rate and volume metrics by contrast to plan/forecast.
 Conduct in-depth multi-factorial analysis to identify key drivers of financial results.
 Perform monthly reporting and financial close responsibilities inclusive of Monthly Operating Review and Quarterly
Review.
 Manage administrative staff of 5 who support several business units as well as oversee an HR administrator and
Facility/Security Office.
 Standardized and consolidated business processes across several Belcan business units which resulted in the reduction
of G&A by ~$150K.
 Account Manager for United Technology Aerospace Systems developing key relationships with Procurement, and
Sourcing.
 Championed ACE projects focusing on billing and time card errors. Developed strategic processes resulting in annual
cost savings of $75K.
Project Manager – Quality Engineering (2008-2011)
Managed the daily activities of 40 personnel, generating ~$4 million in annual revenue with a 10% profit margin. Secured and
