In my opinion, talent has a significant influence on the success of an artist but it’s not
a key factor. I have this opinion for several reasons. But most of all, talent is a
foundation, like a raw gem that needs to be honed to become a jewel. Actually, the
key factor of success is the skills, it means that artists want to become famous and
popular, they have to learn and practice so much. Let me give an example of what
I’m talking about, if someone have to choose between a new artist and an
experienced artist to draw pictures, there is no doubt that a new artist is not a good
choice because of lack of skills in the field.
Overall, I think if a person only has talent, it can be difficult to achieve great success.
