Manager in a (family owned) fine ladies apparel store. Eventually increased sales in the
original store and expanded the business to multiple locations in South Carolina.
Oversaw the financial operation of all stores as well as approximately 45 employees
across the company. Worked closely with the accounting department to develop income
statements, budgets, and plans for working capital, accounts receivable and accounts
payable. Trained multiple store Managers, Merchandise Buyers, and Sales Personnel.
