2. SHOT VARIATION
The first four shots ate establishing shots, the first shot shoes Anna's house the second one shows her college the third and forth one is the family dinner they too and the Chinese restaurant where Anna and Tess and swapped bodies. They have used these shots to show the location
where Anna is and the other charter's. ; they only show the new location once because they audience haven’t seen it before. In this film the establishing shots were used to show where Anna lived, the college she went to and the restaurant where her sand mum swapped bodies. The
establishing shot helps the audience to know where they swapped bodies. The mid shot is used to help the audience see the Anna in her mums body panicking because she has done something wrong, also it shows where they are. Using a mid shot means that we can see mise en
scene of the charterers. A extreme long shot is used to see where the car is going but it also shows us the surroundings as well, this is important n in this scene because she crashes into her surroundings which are cars. There is a close up one of the main characters called Anna. The
reason why this specific technique has been used is because it shows the facial expression and how the character reacts to something, this also helps to see how the character feels; finally it makes us focus only on the character nothing else. There is also a screen shot on Anna, this is
a mid shot of her, but we can also see thatr she is in college from the background which means this also can be a establishing shot is well. Lastly the long picture on the right hand side is a birds eye view camera , panning was used to bring the camera down to Anna whenshe was
doing her exam. Birds eye view angle helps the audience to see things from above and helps them see everyone in the exam hall, this could also be an establishing shot.

3. CUTTING RATE
The cuttingrate of this scene is extremelyfast the reason why it is fast I because in this part of the film Anna and her mates are singinga song and the lyrics say this ‘ round and
round’ which is associatedto the cuttingrate because it gets faster and faster as the music does. Not only this but before this scene Anna had put a boxers over her younger
brothers face, and her mum was looking for her so her mum is coming closer and closer to gettingher too. The reason why the cuttingrate is so fast is to show us that something
bad is about to happen to Anna. Having a fast cutting rate can mean that you can put more into one scene then putting in different other scenes.

4. MATCH ON ACTION
The first screen shot we can see Anna driving the car to come pick up Her mum from school, the camera angle used here is a long shot on the car thisis where we
first see Anna driving the car then the camera shows a close up of Anna driving the car. The next screen shot shoes Anna and her mum in the car both arsing about
chips. The final screen shot on the right hand side shows the final destinationAnna and her mother get to.

5. FLASH FORWARDS
The print screens above are from the beginning and ending of the movie when the Chinese
lady comes to the table to congratulate Tess. This is a technique called flash forwards This is
used at the beginning of the film to show where the main charters go to eat and to celebrate
the success of Tess this is also where Tess and her daughter get into a really big argument
and also the night before Tess and her daughter swap bodies around.

6. SPACE
In this part of the movie, Anna in the body ofTess and the school teacher are having a meeting about Anna’s
younger brother. As you can see that in the first print screen they have used the 180 degree rule, they have
shownTess and the school teacher opposite each other, furthermore they have used the space in which you can
see the environment which is the class room it shows the wtirring board the children's desk and also the
teachers desk. In the second print screen you can see a over the shoulder shot from the school teacher toTess’s
face, this also uses the space because you can see the class room and the paints behindTess. Lastly the last print
screen shows the school teacher coming towardsTess to show her sons work, they have used a mid-shot, this
shows the environment once again, it shows the desk and the children's table.
