22 different countries. 2020 has been a good year for this business,currently adding15%to their headcount and having
experienced good business levels even duringCovid19 they are set to expand with a sensible,strategic growth plan and they are
lookingfor a key strategic hire to lead their hiringefforts in Germany. You will be very hands on, this is very much a billingrole
with longer term remit to develop a team around you.

Responsibilities
Leading the Germany (and wider Europe) expansion of the business
Generating new business leads,buildingand maintainingpositiverelationships with your clientbase
Account Management - maintain and grow European based accounts
Grow a pipelineof business generatingfees each month
Buildingand managinga team of recruitment consultants
Energy and drivefor 360% recruitment
Negotiating commercial terms with clients and consultants,aided by Business Supportand Directors
Meeting clients and candidates face-to faceif required
Location – Trainingand onboardingin the UK officeand then be based in Germany with time spent in the Frankfurt
office
Required:
2+ years recruitment experience (IT, Banking or Fintech)
Strong billingbackground in contractor permanent sales
Solid business development experience
A desireto lead a team now or in the future
Hunger and drive for a 360 role
Multitasking(thrives in entrepreneurial environment)
Excellent verbal communication and writingskills (languageskills)
ReasonablePC experience/knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
