PROFILE
I am an enthusiastic and well-organised person who enjoys being part of a successful and
productive team.
I offer a flexible and resilient individual who works well on their own initiative demonstrating
high levels of motivation and organization. By displaying these skills I am able to meet tight

CAREER SUMMARY
Business Development & Sales Manager –SLS York 01/ 13 - present
Responsible for selling SLS products and services to our German-speaking clients in
the GAS (Germany / Austria / Switzerland) area.
Looking after any potential work within Spain, France, Poland, Scandinavia, Angola
and the Middle East.
Managing the team of Consultants and Administration personnel. Maintaining set
KPI’s incl. customer retention rates, customer satisfaction, increase in overall sales
targets, acquiring new potential customers and markets. Controlling that all staff
maintain and update CRM system.
Managing Marketing & Promotions, creation of newsletters, attending Trade Fairs.
Attending various UKTI events
Achievements to date: Sales figures from 2013 to 2014 risen 26% (Nov & Dec not
